Isaiah 4:2-3 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
2 In that day the Branch of the Lord will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth will be the pride and the adornment of the survivors of Israel. 3 It will come about that he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy—everyone who is recorded for life in Jerusalem.
God is always talking to His people and all that will listen.
He does not desire for anyone to perish into the abyss of hell. When we continue in Him even in the hard times, sticking to His word. Then He will write our names into His book, the book of life. He is the one that extends grace that gives us the strength in areas where we lack it, preserving us in the ways we should go.
His strength in the form of His grace empowers all of us that will take and use it with the ability to move beyond the struggles and trials of this life and to overcome.
In this struggle, we are strengthened like one that is preparing for a competition. The pressing and the tearing of life leads us to growth in Him.
- How is God using the struggles of your life to bring you to a place of holiness?
- How are you being stretched to grow into His likeness and into His presence?
