Psalm 31:19-21 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

19 How great is Your goodness,
Which You have stored up for those who fear You,
Which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You,
Before the sons of men!
20 You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the conspiracies of man;
You keep them secretly in a shelter from the strife of tongues.
21 Blessed be the Lord,
For He has made marvelous His lovingkindness to me in a besieged city.

When we place God at the center of our lives, we activate the ability for Him to fight on our behalf.

He desires for us to allow Him to be an active member of our lives.

Yet, he is not going to butt in and take over. He is looking for willing servants. Ones that desire to be with Him as much as He does with us.

Consider This:

  • Is there an area you need to bring back the focus to God?
  • Is there an area you have kept God from being an active role in your life?
  • If so:
    • Ask God to forgive you.
    • Now ask God to bring these areas back under His governorship. Ask for His help in relinquishing control.
